You must be the owner or be authorized by the owner to sell the property to be able to place an ad.

After receiving this form and the payment, we will place your add untill the property is sold with a maximum of 3 years.

Direct-Plaza.com is not a mediator, we are a site with the possibility to place ads. We therefore can in no way be hold responsible/liable for any damages, disputes, etc. you may have as a result of a transaction of a property published on Direct-Plaza.com.
